Halloween in Washington DC
I spent a week in Washington DC with my cool cousin Zack! We went the 190 acre pumpkin patch in Virginia, visited elephants, lions, and apes at National Zoo in DC, marched in the Alexandria Halloween Parade, and went to our first Irish Pub. It was a full week! We wrapped by celebrating Zack's 1st birthday. Zack and I planned to both be Bees this Halloween. I was a Bee Ballerina and Zack was a Killer Bee.

Family Pictures!

We took family pictures at Huntington City Beach and we just got them back. Mom is excited to use some of the pictures for our Christmas card this year. She is really happy with the photos and loves our new photographer Noel Bosh. I really like Noel also. Noel likes to play peek-a-boo with me. Click on the link below and and press "play" to view our family slideshow of photos. http://boshimages.com/SIW/mitchell/
You can also visit Noel's website and blog. You may see a few pictures of me in both places. http://www.boshimages.com/

18 Months Old - 1st Day of School
School is cool.
I am going to Montessori School and mom said I will be getting a quality education. I am not sure what she means, but I know my teacher Mrs. Stockton is very nice and I like circle time the best. Mrs. Stockton says I am very good student. She told my parents at their conference yesterday that I share with the other kids and always clap for myself afterwards. I am also very social and like interact and engage others in conversation. My best friend at school is Drew. He is my age 19 months so we have lots in common. My dad was nervous about me playing with boys already but I told him I didn't have a choice. I one of the only three girls in the classroom. The other two girls are a little older than me and one speaks Italian so she is hard to understand. I go to school all day 8am-3pm. Mom takes me in the morning and Dad picks me up in the afternoon. On the way to school, mom sings me songs and we talk about how I am going to have a good day and how much she is going to miss me. On the way home from school, Dad picks me up in his big truck and we get to watch Nemo on his TVs... Dad is cool!
Life is good - I am getting the hang of this school thing. I think I will go a few more years...
