Easter Egg Hunt in Central Park

Maggie begged to tag along at the Egg Hunt on Saturday. Kamden promised to find enough goodies for both of them. Here are some pictures of Kamden on a candy hunt in Central Park.

Coloring Eggs with Papa Mike and G-Jo

Papa and G-Jo taught me how to color eggs this year. It was a blast! I thought the smell of vinegar was sticky smelly and it was magic watching the eggs change color. G-Jo even let me mix the color to make my favorite color, Purple. I worked on my coordination balancing an egg on a spoon. Thanks Papa and G-Jo!

Friday Night with the Easter Bunny

Tonight we had a Family Friday Night Adventure to go see the Easter Bunny. Mom has been telling about this Mr. Bunny for days now and I was really excited to meet him. It started out well… a short line and then I saw the bunny from a distance. I waved at Mr. Bunny and we blew kisses to each other. Once I got to the front of the line, I offered Mr. Bunny a carrot and I even touch his soft paw. Then Mom lifted me onto his lap – what was she thinking… I screamed, cried, and wormed right onto the floor. I said “No Bunny, Bye Bye Bunny, Thank you Bunny” and I walked right off the stage. I officially have stranger danger.

To cheer me up, nice Nana bought me a stuffed Bunny from the Hallmark store. Then I rode the carousel four times, we went to dinner at Wahoo’s Fish Taco, I fell in love with a Mr. Bear who was just my size, and before we left the mall I reenacted my scary meeting with Mr. Bunny. I am such a good actress. I was able to pretend G-Jo and Papa were Mr. Bunny and Mom took pictures of me meeting Mr. Bunny for the first time.

I might be ready next year when Mr. Bunny hops back to town.

Playdate with Abby and Marisol

I had a play date with my good friends Abby and Marisol. We had such a fun afternoon. We played in their huge backyard hide and seek, freeze tag, red rover, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk Then we came inside and decorated birthday cupcakes, sang happy Birthday to me, jumped on their parents bed, and played with their toys. I can’t wait to see them again soon.

I am officially 2!!!

My Mulan themed 2nd birthday celebration was at my favorite restaurant Shima's in HB. My family and I had a hibachi style meal complete with fire, egg roll tricks, mickey mouse fried rice, my favorite ketchup spray trick, and shrimp toss. We all were very entertained. Mom made everyone a Chinese to-go box filled with treats and a picture of me :) Then we sang Happy Birthday to "Ham Mitchell" and I blew out my two candles. I loved my Mulan cupcakes and they tasted great too! Here are some pictures of my birthday dinner.

Happy 32nd Anniversary G-Jo and Papa!

Today is G-Jo and Papa's 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Mom and I went over to their house to give them hugs and kisses. G-Jo showed me pictures of the day she married Papa. I loved seeing pictures of G-Jo dressed up in her white gown. I was calling her "Princess G-Jo". I pointed to each photo and named everyone I knew. I got really excited on each page when I saw Papa or G-Jo. I am very lucky to have to grandparents who love each other very much. One day I am going to marry a man like Papa and I am going to wear a white dress like G-Jo.
